Wrap Up

It has been too long. Life is getting crazy and hectic. Now that the weather is nice, we are spending a lot of time outside playing, doing yard work and just enjoying the weather. I am going to try to sum up everything that has been going on.

Mother's Day
I had such a nice Mother's Day. To start the day, Matt got the girls up and they made me Pancakes and Bacon for Breakfast. It was so nice. They gave me some roses and a cute card. After Church, we were able to go up to my Mom and Dad's for dinner. It was a really nice day. I am so lucky to be a Mother to five of the most fabulous kids ever.

Paige's Program
On Wednesday night, in the middle of the night, Paige woke up and she had the flu. The poor kid was so sick and couldn't start throwing up. The first thing she said after she threw up was, I have my program tomorrow. I ended up keeping her home on Thursday, so she could recover and feel good enough to go to her program on Thursday night. She has talked about her program for over two weeks, so I was so glad she had recovered enough to go. It was so good and she sang her little heart out.

Triplet News
The boys are crazy. They love to swing, jump on the tramp and ride their bikes. They get outside and they are so busy, it is hard to keep track of them. Brock is always inching towards the road. I can tell he is going to give me a run for my money. Tonight we were up at my Mom and Dad's and the kids were playing in the dirt. The girls made mud and the boys got started playing and digging in it. Let's just say they were incredibly dirty by the time we left. I have to get it through my head that boys enjoy getting dirty so much more than girls. I need to just let them enjoy themselves and have a good time.

Last night I had run to the store and Matt was outside putting stuff away and the boys were in the house. When Matt came in, they had untied the towel holding the cupboard closed, and they had gotten a box of cereal out. Then they, I say they, but I believe Aiden was the main instigator, proceeded to dump the box of cereal out on the floor. I am sure they fed their faces quite a bit before they were caught by dad. He took a picture to capture the moment for me.

Latley they have really been into pushing the strollers and buggies around. The other night, Matt lined them all up and had them race to see who was the fastest. It was pretty humorous.

I seriously need to do a "wrap up" post on my blog and catch up too. It was fun to see you at Freddy's today.
