Kindergarten Graduation/Birthday Party

What a busy couple of days we have had. Yesterday (Wednesday) Paige graduated from Kindergarten. It was so fun to go to her school and watch her graduation program. The kids sang songs they had learned through the year and then they received their diplomas. I can't believe how fast the year has gone. I am so proud of Paige and how much she has grown up over the past year. We are on to bigger and better things next year with 1st grade.

Today, Paige had her 6th birthday party with all of her friends. It was a Luau themed party. They got grass hula skirts and flowered leis, made bracelets, played limbo and had a flip flop birthday cake. I think Paige was more excited to have her birthday party than to be done with school. I can't believe how fast six years has gone. Paige is such a wonderful daughter and we love the joy she brings into our home.

Memorial Weekend

Well, we ventured to Island Park this last weekend in the rain and freezing cold for our annual Hill Family Reunion. We have the reunion no matter what the weather. We had a few sunny moments, but they were very few and far between. I think we had way more rain than sun. We had a lot of fun with family, cousins and we had alot of yummy dutch oven food. Here are some of our fun moments from the weekend.

Paige's cousins gave her a scooter for her birthday. She rode it inside the cabin all weekend.

Matt helped Paige reel in and catch this fish at Henry's Lake.

Golfing

On Saturday night Matt decided to go golfing. Paige instantly was on board for that. She was her dad's little tag along last year on the course, (homemade putter and all) and didn't want to miss out on this opportunity. Of course if one goes, the other follows suit. Kayla insisted on going, so Matt rented a cart and took both of the girls with him. I must admit I also enjoyed my time home alone. I got several projects accomplished.

Baby Pics

Well we traveled once again to Utah this week for our check up. We are on the every two weeks schedule. We are definately racking up the miles to Salt Lake and back. Everything looked really good. The babies are doing good and their heartbeats are all between 136 and 144. They are gaining weight and so am I. The doctor said within the next month I will hit what I usually hit at a full term pregnancy. I am not looking forward to that, because I still need to make it 12-14 more weeks.
Here is Baby A (one of the identical twins). He is posing his hands in sign language for I Love You. I thought that was pretty incredible.

Here is a pose of Baby B (the other identical twin) and Baby C. The tried to get a picture of them all together in one, put they were not cooperating on Thursday.

And finally here is a picture of my growing belly. I am getting bigger daily and I know I will be ready to pop when this is all said and done.

Bear World

This past weekend we were able to go to Bear World. The girls have been looking forward to this for several weeks. We saw buffalo, elk, deer, wolves, bears, moose and Kayla's favorite, birds. The girls even got to pet a baby bear cub and a deer. They rode on some of the amusement rides and can hardly wait to go back. Here are some pictures of the highlights of the day.

Things you should know about Paige.

1. Paige Nicole Nielson was born on May 31, 2002. She weighed in at a whopping 5 lbs. 6 oz. She was a fun baby and had such a fun personality. That has continued with her, and I am ever so grateful for my almost 6 year old.

2. Paige is in Kindergarten right now and she is really loving it. She loves to ride the bus to and from school and can hardly wait to graduate in 2 1/2 weeks and become a first grader. (I can't believe she is that old).

3. Paige loves to play with her friends. If she could play with Carley everyday (our little neighbor girl who Paige can't live without) she would. She also loves to play with her cousins and have sleepovers with them. I wish they lived a lot closer so she could spend more time with them.

4. Some of Paige's favorite things are: Pizza, Noodles with sprinkle cheese, SnoShacks, watching movies (any Barbie movie would suffice), playing outside, jumping on the tramp, and doing gymnastics.

5. Paige is such a wonderful big sister. She is so nice to Kayla always helping her and mothering her (although they do have their moments). She loves to play with Kayla and is always so good at including her in things. She can hardly wait to be a big sister to the baby boys and I know she will be such a good helper with them. She is a wonderful daughter and a joy to have in our home.
